Nitrogen-sealed baking in spent lithium battery recycling pretreatment involves organic solvent volatilization, explosion-proof inerting, corrosive by-products, tail gas treatment, and material quality control. Oxygen measurement is not an isolated instrument but part of the safety process — requiring measurement principles, sample gas pretreatment, material corrosion protection, explosion-proof design, alarm interlock, and on-site maintenance as a complete system. Nitrogen sealing reliability must be proven by data.
- Corrosion-resistant simplified sample gas pretreatment & special sensors: PTFE/PFA flow paths, pressure-stabilized modular design for HF, acid mist, organic carbonate vapor, and high-humidity tail gas
- Explosion-proof nitrogen sealing & safety interlock: 4-20mA, RS485 Modbus, relay alarm outputs supporting high alarm, high-high alarm, fault alarm, nitrogen replenishment, heating stop, feed stop, and safety exhaust interlock logic
- Customized engineering for industry conditions: measurement point layout and system integration for batch kilns, continuous kilns, electrode baking, black mass pretreatment, tail gas condensation recovery, RTO/RCO front-end safety monitoring
