测量原理
氧是一种非常有效的荧光猝灭剂,水溶液中的溶解氧对荧光也同样具有猝灭作用,荧光物质的荧光强度或寿命与溶解氧质量浓度的关系可用Stern-Volmer动态荧光猝灭方程描述为:F0/F=1+K*C,式中F0与F分别为体系在无氧和有氧状态下测得的荧光强度,K称为Stern-Volmer常数,C为溶解氧的浓度。
