SC-O2FMZ1 是忻成科技自主研发的针式光纤荧光氧检测仪,采用荧光淬灭(Fluorescence Quenching)检测原理,利用氧气分子与荧光指示剂之间的碰撞淬灭效应,通过光纤传导实现非接触、不耗氧、高精度的氧含量测量。支持 RS485 + 无线传输双通道输出,Type-C 或 10-24VDC 供电,可同时测量气态氧和溶解氧。

技术原理
SC-O2FMZ1 基于荧光淬灭(Fluorescence Quenching)检测原理。传感器尖端涂覆有氧敏荧光指示剂(如铂卟啉 PtTFPP 或钌配合物),当LED蓝光(~450nm)激发指示剂时,其发出红色荧光(~650nm)。氧气分子通过碰撞淬灭机制降低荧光强度和寿命,符合 Stern-Volmer 方程:

通过相位调制法测量荧光寿命 τ,即可精确计算氧浓度。相比 Clark 电极,光学法不消耗氧气、无需更换电解液、无需极化时间,适合极低顶空体积和长期连续监测场景。
